Your product is designed to give you many years of entertainment and use. However, in the rare instance that your product has developed a fault we are here to help.
You will find much of the information you require on our website, in our FAQ’s, user guides, quick start guides or the opportunity to book a repair. If you can’t find what you are looking for our Customer Care team are on hand to assist you, you can call them on 888 886 8432 (National Rate) 9am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
Returns and Refund
If the order you have received is incorrect, please contact our Customer Care Team to discuss. Once an authorisation has been granted, then return it to us within 28 working days unused and in its original packaging and you will not be charged.
Damaged or Defective Goods
All our products come with a standard manufacturing guarantee entitling you to a free of charge repair or in some instances a replacement. Simply contact our Customer Care team who will talk you through the next steps or fill out our online repair request form.
Right to Cancel
If you're not happy with the product you've received, you have 14 days within receiving your product(s) to let us know that you'd like to cancel and receive a refund. Once you've told us, you have another 14 days to return the product(s) to us, and we will arrange a refund. Before returning the product(s) to us at your own cost, we ask that you include confirmation of your order so that we can process your refund.
If you've changed your mind about a purchase and we've not yet despatched it, give our Customer Care team a call and they will check the status of your order.
For quality reasons we have to inspect the goods you have returned, to ensure they have been returned to us
in full and in good condition. Upon completing a satisfactory validation of the goods returned and provided that you return your item(s) in accordance with these Terms, we will issue you with a returns authorisation.
On returning faulty items please ensure you comply with the returns guidelines as set out above. Failure to meet these conditions may result in your return not qualifying for a refund or replacement.
This guarantee does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, inexpert fitting, misuse, cosmetic damage or normal wear and tear.
